Working with Robert was the best thing I did. We are not Orlando residents. We needed to spruce up a property to get the best offers. Robert took care of the remodeling, shopped for the lowest cost and managed the project. Afterwards, he listed the property for $45K then original plan and it sold for over the list price, in one week. The closing was done remote and funding was overnighted to us. I wholeheartedly recommend doing business with Robert to handle your Real Estate needs.

I have bought and sold several houses over the years and I can honestly say that Robert is the absolute best realtor I have every worked with. He is an expert on the real estate market but what I like the most is that he was ALWAYS looking out for my best interest. I have been disappointed with previous realtors over the years because they never actually advised me. I'm not a realtor so my expectation is that a realtor I hire will provide that expertise and advice to get me the best possible price for my home. That is exactly what Robert did and made the home selling processs easy and stress free. I am so thankful he was recommended to me by a family member!
