He is extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and walked us through the entire process and clearly articulated what would be next step at every stage . He did multiple 1:1 home tours in addition to open house and detailed out areas of improvement to meet modern times. We got this home all because of his excellent negotiation and process expertise.
