If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I wish I could do justice explaining how fantastic Dane and the rest of Downing Street Group are, but it’s not possible in just a few short paragraphs. You will not regret working with them- but you may regret going with someone else.

Dane is so knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, and moves very quickly when you need him to do something (even when you don’t know you need it- he makes it happen). He answered every single question I had (and there were LOTS- we are first time home buyers) usually within minutes, and when he wasn’t 100% positive about things, he called around to local experts and other members of his team and got me the right answer. All without prompting. When we had properties we wanted to see, we’d text him the addresses and he’d set up showings right away- and he always seemed just as excited as we were. He has great strategy when making offers- he knew what was needed to make a strong offer in every case- but we never felt pushed or pressured to go beyond our financial comfort zone. He has a knack for being able to gauge where things are at with other offers on the home you want to put an offer in on, which ultimately resulted in us coming in significantly under budget while securing the most amazing house we could have dreamed up for ourselves. He is an incredible advisor and I felt at ease the entire home buying process- which says A LOT given the current market and the fact that this was completely new to me. He had us under contract within days of meeting him.

He even called me last week while he was on vacation- to answer a very minor question I texted him- and this was after we’d already been living in our new home for 2 weeks. He continues to follow up and make sure all of our needs are met.

In addition to being a very skilled realtor/advisor, he is just about the nicest, funniest guy you could hope to work with. My husband and I were at ease instantly when we met him, and we developed such a nice relationship while working with him. A very tiny part of me was sad when we were finally done with the process, because we had come to enjoy working with him and his team so much. I know exactly who I'm going to for any real-estate needs and questions in the future.

We have a card he wrote us hanging up right inside the entrance to our new house- he mailed it to us shortly after we went under contract, promising to make it the smoothest, fastest, easiest transaction. And he totally over-delivered on that promise.

He took us through the process so we understood exactly what we were doing. He had us prepared so that when we found a house we were ready to make an offer right away with confidence.
