Rob goes above and beyond for his clients! My family has bought several properties with Rob representing us and it’s a seamless process. He stays in constant communication with all involved and is always looking out for your best interest. On our recent purchase he set up a plumber leak inspection on a Sunday morning, negotiated a very low service fee and was there for the entire inspection to be sure we were comfortable closing the following day after a plumbing scare in final walk through. He’s not like every other agent - he’s the real deal. Thanks again Rob!

Rob Taylor with Virtual Properties is hands-down the best of the best when it comes to real estate. He went out of his way to assist with the sale of our home in so many ways.
Not only did he offer to provide packing materials and assist with loading a car at our garage sale but he brought us donuts to get through the day! These were just a few of his good deeds. Our house was marketed beautifully and didn’t even make it to listing.
We could not have found a better agent and truly appreciate his kindness, knowledge, generosity and his friendship.

He lived up to the quality professionalism displayed on his website and did an impressive job marketing our home. We were pleased to receive several solid offers above our listing price and a contract within three days of listing our house. Rob’s attention to detail and his proactive communication made the whole process smooth and pleasant.
We did not expect how kind and giving a person Rob is. He went above and beyond to help us, including moving our extra fridge off the property just minutes before closing! He also cheerfully helped us move furniture. We faced a family emergency while waiting for the closing date. Rob’s encouragement and support through our difficult time was a blessing.

Rob is an OUTSTANDING realtor and person! He helped us purchase our home (5th) while we were living in another state. Together we would find homes that met our criteria and Rob would walk through the homes and drive through the neighborhoods videotaping them then send us the videos. This was beyond helpful since we had one day in GA to look at the homes we were most interested in.
The home we really wanted was in probate and had an offer on it. Rob contacted the other realtor and expressed our interest in the home. When that offer fell through and the realtor contacted Rob, he worked his magic and got us the home of our dreams. There were many obstacles, none of which he could not handle.
He is the most personable, caring, dedicated, knowledgeable, and professional realtor we have had the privilege to work with.
