Robert Ullmann

Robert M. Ullmann started Ultima Holdings in 1983. Robert was born in 1944 in Utrecht, the Netherlands; he completed his education with a graduate degree in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam in 1968.
Since 1968, Mr. Ullmann served in a variety of positions in the Real Estate Development and Construction Industry. In 1980, Mr. Ullmann moved to the United States to head up the operations of a major European developer in the United States. The Company had offices in Atlanta, Tampa and Washington D.C. and was involved in a wide range of development and investment projects throughout the Southeast.
