Bob is a Baltimore City native with over 27 years of experience in sales and customer service. Earning his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a specialty in Marketing from the University of Baltimore, Bob began his Real Estate career in 2010. He and his wife Roxanne currently form The Wiley Group, a full-service Real Estate team based in Baltimore, MD. Together they have closed over $100M in real estate transactions and helped over 450 clients buy or sell their homes.
Bob is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Certified New Home Specialist, and a New Construction Specialist. He is also a member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. Bob was named one of Baltimore's Top 500 Real Producers in 2017, 2018, and 2020. In 2021, Bob earned the Best Rated in Baltimore Real Estate designation and Homesnap Pro Top 5 Producer.
