Robert was great from the start and served us all the way through our house hunt, offer and closing. We relocated from NY and he helped us find what we were looking for while we were not local. Robert has extensive knowledge of the south Florida market which was pivotal given the low inventory and fast listings. He was very responsive and always called us or texted us back quickly. He is a good agent and very helpful and responsive.
He represented me as a Buyer's agent for a home I purchased in Broward county. I am new to Florida, so I had a ton of questions for Rob.
He knows Broward county well and the local norms for the transactions.

I happened upon Robert's YouTube channel while I was learningn about the various communities within Broward County. I found his videos both interesting and informative. Based on that I emailed Robert letting him know that I was coming down to Florida to attempt to locate a condo for myself and future guests. I initially provided Robert with the desired specifications for my future Florida residence and Robert then began searching for properties he felt matched my requirements. Over the course of a few days Robert arranged for 6 or so appointments to view properties listed for sale. The last one we viewed was a 3-story townhouse with an elevator in Pompano Beach. No property is perfect but this one was as close to what I was looking for as possible. Within a few hours I was ready to make an offer but my concern was that there could be multiple other offers due to the real estate market in Florida and as I was leaving the townhome after the viewing another couple was waiting to get in. a
Additionally the selling agent had scheduled an open house for Sunday which was 2 days ahead. With Robert's guidance I made an under asking price offer which given current market conditions was a risky move. But it turned out that Robert's thoughts on what my offer should be were spot on, within an hour or so Robert called to let me know that the sellers had accepted my offer. During the pre-closing period Robert continued to remain engaged, assisting me in the various chores involved since I was back in NJ. The contract stated that the closing would be May 28th which was yesterday and it went off without a hitch.

The bottom line is that I would highly recommend that anyone considering the purchase or sale of a property in South Florida should seriously consider engaging Robert as their agent. He is very responsive and 100% professional.
