I leased an apartment with Roberto for almost three years before moving back to Maryland and the experience I had with him was great. He was very professional and responsive with the property. I typically do not write a review for anything or anyone, but the outstanding service I received from Roberto definitely calls for an exception. Roberto always answers the phone and put quality over quantity when it came to helping me purchasing my first investment property. What I mean by quality is I were not just a “number” to him, he genuinely cared to get to know me and familiarize himself with what I was comfortable with when purchasing a property. An added bonus is that Roberto was 100% professional at all times, patient with anything I ask, and knew when to be aggressive in order to get us under contract! Roberto is very responsive and knows the market very well. He was very quick getting back with me and had a wealth of information on the current market. I found him to be very straight forward and most of all very honest in answering all my questions. I did a multi family unit transaction with him but I do feel if your looking to market any kind of property he is someone you should contact to discuss listing your property and meet with him and at least give him a chance to discuss your options and the the true outlook on listing your property.

RG Realty and its principal, Roberto Gonzales, has been the primer listing and sales agency for multi-family real estate in Hagerstown and Washington County Maryland for years and for very good reason. They are the best. Superior knowledge of the market. Lighting telephone responses and call backs. This group never closes shop. True Story: I was up very late looking at properties in Hagerstown when a below market property hit the MLS. (By this time I had bought 4 properties 33 units from RG Realty). Without noting the time, I called Roberto's private line at 2:18am in the morning regarding this listing. I insisted we beat any other buyer and have an offer sent before business hours of same morning; we discussed the matter an offer was presented to the seller 25 minutes later. TRUE STORY.
Roberto Gonzales is in his office everyday six days a week before 6am taking care of his clients. Good luck finding any group as good as these guys. Besides all the great attention these professionals provide here is why I speak only to RG Realty when I buy; WITH EVERY PURCHASE I HAVE MADE MONEY. THAT'S THE BOTTOM LINE.

I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Roberto González. As a first-time buying an investment property with very limited knowledge, Roberto was able ro guide me trough the entire process, communicating often with updates which ease some of my anxiety. Not only helped with the purchase, he even find a good tenant for one of the units!
