We met in Chicago after Bernie moved from Connecticut and had our first 3 kids there. But we had had enough of the winters and began looking for something a little warmer. After after making a trip down the west coast and up the east coast to see where we would like to raise our kids and eventually retire. It became clear quickly that St. Augustine was the place we had been looking for and have never regretted our decision. In St. Augustine you live on vacation all year and have so many options for things to do or just enjoy the peace and quiet.
