Robin is a CBI and senior business and commercial manager for Coldwell Banker Commercial, working in luxury and commercial real estate. Coldwell Banker SFOC is a full-service brokerage focusing on all facets of real estate and business consultation and sales. Robin holds a Certified Business Intermediary designation from the International Business Brokers Association, and a CEPA , and has been working in the real estate, construction, and property & casualty insurance world for all of her career. Robin served as Vice President then President of a family owned multi-divisional construction company in the Chagrin Valley specializing in General Contracting, Millshop Operations, Estate Management, and Excavation. She was responsible for project management and led the architectural design team. After leaving the construction company Robin formed a property and casualty insurance agency working with small to mid-size businesses in the greater Cleveland area until working with Bass Ohio Real Estate Inc. and then CBC Commercial. Robin's expertise in business, strategic space utilization, market knowledge, along with the intellectual assets of the commercial team, and the vast resources of Coldwell Banker, consistently adds value to the client' experience.
