We cannot thank Robin Davies and her husband, David enough for their tireless efforts to find Sam and I the "perfect" location in Prattville. We began our search two years ago, and during that time, they showed incredible patience, encouragement, and friendship (yes, friendship), overlooking our sometimes seemingly crazy questions and requirements! They rejoiced with us when we welcomed our 4th grandchild, and mourned with us when we lost Sam's brother, my brother, and when our daughter and son-in-law lost twins, early in her pregnancy. And now, the day after closing on our new home, we found out we are expecting our 5th grandchild! GOD IS GOOD!!!! We worked with Robin and her team for 9 years. She really help us make the impossible, possible a few times.

As a military family, we needed a realtor who could give us their Saturday and show us a lot of homes. We had on 1 day to be in the area and pick a home. She lined up 12 showings for us in 1 day and helped us get an offer accepted that same evening.

When we PCS'd to a new state we hired her to be our property manager. During the pandemic our renter stop paying their rent and she worked through a successful eviction process. I can't imagine how we could of done that it we had decided to self manage the property from another state.

Most recently, we decided to sell the property. She brought us an offer for our full asking price ten days after we asked her to put in on the market. Then she was able to close the sale 5.5 weeks later. This short closing time frame included her helping us through a termite issue that was found, mitigated and repaired.

Absolutely amazing to work with! I lived in from out of state and she was so helpful in finding a good neighborhood, coordinating everything, confirming the house was up to her standards (which are high! It’s amazing!). She made it a very easy process and when I buy again I know I will definitely use her!

Also the sellers realtor left a little gift basket and I commented how I love bees and when Robin gave me a gift basket all around bees! She is definitely detail oriented and cares about her clients!

If you are looking for a realtor I’d say 100% of the time use Robin!

Highly recommend! I had a short notice reason to buy and move in, wasn't sure what I could afford or who to finance with. I know most realtors have people they work with but her contacts were very responsive and helpful. Once I was pre-approved, she was sending me what I should look at and creative with the offer for accepting. I could go on with how much I appreciate her but if you aren't using her, you are wrong. There are realtors that are nice because they will make money off of you and then there are realtors that are genuinely good people. Robin is one of those rare good hearted people that care.

I was moving from North Dakota to the Montgomery area. From the beginning she answered every question I had without hesitation. I initially came to here with a list of houses I wanted to check out, 3 houses being at the top of my list. The first two houses were actually house she was listing, but knowing my entire family situation, my ridiculous list of wants and needs, and knowing what work we were willing to put into the house she quickly said "I would not recommend those first two". As soon as she did NOT recommend two of her own house, I knew I had an honest and legitimate person I was working with.

Her communication is direct, honest, and no fluff. She will tell it how it is and give her point of view if it is something you want. She knows the game and is more than happy to put you in the right house, not just any house to make a buck.

After a 3 day drive and 1600 miles later, I arrived to the house I had never seen in person. It was exactly as described and we could not be happier. She even went the extra mile to have an awesome "Welcome Home" sign in the front yard, a couple bottles of adult beverages waiting on the counter to relax, food in the fridge ready to heat up after a long journey, a Christmas tree with presents underneath for my kids/wife/and dog, and some killer brownies on the counter for dessert.

Overall an amazing experience and I could not recommend a better realtor in the Prattville to Wetumpka area. Thank you Robin!

As a fellow Realtor located in another state I started speaking with Robin well over a year ago to help handle my mother's sale after interviewing several Realtors in the area. I was impressed by her knowledge of the area, marketing plan, her pricing was accurate and she had vendors who could help do repairs. At the time we first spoke my mother wasn't ready and after her death it took a while for probate to be able to sell the home. Robin kept in touch the entire time! She was patient, understanding of the difficult situation and more importantly had a plan. She even helped prepare the home, went over multiple times to ensure the home was kept in the condition expected to achieve the highest sales price. Throughout the sale process Robin was responsive with same day return calls or texts. I also appreciated her negotiation strategy and standing firm when needed. Robin cares about her clients and it shows. To be honest in the past our dealings with realtors has not been pleasant causing skepticism, anxiety and reluctance. Thankfully we found Robin, her experience helping us find our home was not only professional, gratifying and informative but enjoyable.

Robin and David truly listened to our criteria but they also learned about us by our reactions with each house we visited. Robin remembers our comments everything from important necessities to the littlest things we mentioned. She gets to know her clients so she can best help them with their needs and much more.

We sold our house and were staying in hotels so we wanted to find a home as quickly as possible. Robin answered our calls and txt without delay and arranged showings quickly. We felt she was available for us at anytime. She did not use our pressing need to find a home to try to convince or pressure us into anything she knew we would not want. Her ability to pick up on clients’ cues, personalities and needs are exceptional.

Robin’s knowledge and professionalism was a tremendous asset when we were ready to put in offers. Her guidance helped keep the inevitable nervousness of such a big decision to a minimum. The recommendations for items to be included in the contract she provided were invaluable. She answered our many questions and diligently obtained information and answers from the seller. Robin graciously stayed with us throughout the entire buying process and beyond.

To say we are grateful would be an understatement for everything Robin and David did for us. Hopeful we won’t need Robin’s terrific services anytime soon, but we will recommend her to anyone thinking about buying, selling or renting property. We were introduced to Robin Davies of Realty Connection through a mutual friend. Robin started working hard for us right away. We were house hunting in a seller’s market and were over bid on out first attempt despite offering a very significant offer over the asking price. When she had a new client come to one of her agents and told them that she needed to sell her house quickly as she had purchased a new home and would be closing on it very soon. She told the agent that she would like to sell her current home before she closed on her new home. Robin told her that she had a motivated buyer that needed to find, close and move into a home before they had to sign a new rental contract in mid-April and was looking for a home like theirs. The seller was excited to have her show us her home and we loved it and were able submit an offer to her. We were able to close on our new home just a little over a week before we had to decide on extending our rental contract. I live in a different state and needed someone to help sell my townhouse, which was previously a rental with a different management company. Robin took pictures of the current condition of the home, took the time to give recommendations and contractors to help with repairs. She put it on the market and sold within a day!!
