We have worked with Robin for more than 10 years, selling two of our homes and purchasing one.  I couldn't recommend someone more, she is a master at all elements of the real estate business, including being patient, hard-working and knowledgeable.  One house we sold was in poor condition; she brought in contractors to restore the floors, paint the rooms, and landscape, all for a reasonable price, then she hosted a open house which resulted in three offers.  The second house we sold was even better, she put a "coming soon" sign in front of the house and we received an offer on the house *before we decided on what price the house should be*.  She also helped us negotiate the price on the house we bought after looking at many homes for quite a long time - we got the house for under the asking price.

We worked with Robin in 2018 when we sold our home in Willow Glen. She was also our agent on the purchase of our new home in Almaden Valley. We cannot say enough great things about her! She was (and remains) extremely responsive and focused on her clients' needs. The home-buying process can obviously be stressful but she did her best to put us at ease. Also, she was very patient with us throughout the process. I'm sure it was not easy visiting open houses with us on the weekends, given that we were carting along two young children. This never seemed to phase her and she was always prepared with healthy snacks and treats. The kids loved it! I was impressed by her kind gesture in this regard.

We are in the process of selling our home and using Robin Dielman.

A few years ago my husband was in the market for rental investment property and she spent hours working with him and in the end we did not purchase anything because we just felt we were not ready at the time. There was something I loved about her so when it came time for us to sell our house I knew she was the one!

Robin is very detailed oriented, organized, hard working, great personality, easy to talk to. I feel as though she is a close friend/family member now which is hard to say about most people.

She has spent countless hours giving us advice and helping making this transition as smooth as possible. She is very knowledgeable about Bay Area Realestate and even investigated for us in the state we are relocating too which is awesome!

If you are in the market to buy or even sell Robin is your woman!
