Robin is an excellent realtor! Initial showings were virtual and Robin captured all the elements that you usually have to experience in person, so there were no surprises when it came time for inspections.

She responded fast to all of my questions across multiple time zones, and we closed on time with no issues!

Last year, at the height of the wild real estate experience, we needed to move to the Stafford area. We were given Robin's name by our good friend and real estate guru of the Tidewater area, Erika Belt. We liked Robin at once, but even more importantly, we loved her approach helping us find our next home. Robin was very good at helping us navigate the very different market here in Fredericksburg. She showed us so many houses, answered all our questions, and then helped us navigate the unique difficulties of closing during the pandemic.
