As a nervous first time home buyer in a new city, I couldn't have asked for a better experience than with Robin and the CRYE-LEIKE team. They were with me every step of the way, and fielded all of the questions I had, no matter how far out of left field it was. I'm terrible with administrative paperwork: so they made it simple by sending me one document at a time electronically, then verifying with me that it was completed. I used the VA home loan, so there's a bit more complication with that. But I couldn't even tell: because the termite inspection, the housing inspector, the home loan were scheduled, and taken care of by Robin and her team. It was so much easier than I was expecting. Not to mention that they got us a better deal on the closing than I dreamed of. They even provided a nice house-warming gift once it was all said and done. I can and will absolutely recommend Robin Gerrish and Tracy Gallimore as realtors to friends.
