Robin B. Lance of Robin Lance Realty is an accomplished and goal-driven broker with over 40 years of real estate experience in the coastal Georgia market. Her certifications include GRI (Graduate REALTORS Institute, CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), CHA (Certified HAFA Specialist), RES.NET, and Equator.
Robin currently serves as director with the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) and is a member of the NAR Ideal Exchange Council for Brokers and NRBA. Robin’s dedication to the real estate field has not gone unnoticed and she was awarded the Savannah Board of REALTORS Emeritus Award for reaching her 40th year in her real estate career and was inducted into the NAR Hall of Fame at the national level.
Robin’s previous experience includes her role as the 2013 President of the Georgia Association of REALTORS, the President of the Savannah Board of REALTORS, The Savannah Chapters of the Women’s Council of REALTORS and Young Council of REALTORS, and a Region 5 RPAC Trustee for NAR from 2016-2017. Additionally, Robin served on the Federal Financing, Housing, and Policy Committee and Risk Management Committee for the National Association of REALTORS. Robin, along with her team, specializes in listing REO properties in Georgia, specifically in the Bryan, Chatham, Effingham, Liberty, and Glynn County areas.
