I first contacted Robin when I was getting ready to purchase a home for the first time. With it being my first purchase, I had very little knowledge of the process or even where to begin. From the first day, Robin stepped in as my guide and mentor. She was extremely patient with my questions, and was quickly able to find options that she knew would suit my needs. The first house she showed me was a hit, and couldn't have fit me better. Not only was the neighborhood perfectly situated, the home was exactly the starter I was looking for. It was a great home that was just waiting for a new owner to make it their own. I was able to purchase the home with Robin by my side through the entire experience. Without her, I know that the process would not have run as smoothly. Her attention to detail and encouraging attitude made it easy for me to trust her and know that she would always act in my best interest. After almost four years of being in my home, I took a career that required me to relocate to California. The first person that I called was Robin, and was so relieved to know that she would help me close this circle. From day one, Robin answered all of my inquiries and supported myself and my husband as we worked to ready our house for showing. As soon as the house hit the market, Robin had a line-up of buyers and showed our home with nothing less than expertise. You could tell through the listing alone that our home meant something to her as well and that she was invested in ensuring that our first home found another owner who would love it as we did. Through her hard work and diligence the home has sold to a fabulous couple who will take care of it as we have. It is without a doubt in my mind that Robin was the key to this whole process. While buying or selling a home will always contain stress of some kind, she was able to take away almost all of it and supported us at every turn. If I ever come back to the area, I know who I will go to. Robin is an experienced Real Estate Agent and very familiar with the Brenham area. We were looking for a rural area in the rolling hills and Robin found exactly what we wanted! Robin Landua was great at taking us through the whole buying process. Robin was great at keeping us informed, getting our questions answered and meeting us whenever we asked. Also recommended an inspection which we would not have gotten being that this was a new home. Ended up being a very wise decision as the inspector found several issues that the builder had to then fix.
