I cannot say enough amazing things about Robyn Burdett. She just helped me purchase my very first home in the Northern Virginia market, and I swear she made it seem like the easiest thing that I have ever done! From start to finish, Robyn was very responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. She listened and noted every picky thing I had mentioned about a future home to zero in on the perfect dream home that I am now living in. There were times during that property search phase that I would waiver from my criteria list, and Robyn helped bring me back into focus of what I had identified as essential. Never once did I feel stressed or overwhelmed with the home-buying process, and that is all thanks to Robyn's professionalism and great experience. Even towards the end of closing, Robyn worked hard to identify opportunities for me to receive credits and closing cost reductions. Kudos! Kudos! Kudos!

I knew finding a home in our price range wouldn't be easy, with the market as hot as it has been. Through emails, Robyn worked with us for 2 months prior to us coming to Virginia, sending listings and finding out what our requirements were. She was patient while our criteria kept changing as we learned more about Northern Virginia. Her detailed knowledge of the history of many neighborhoods is impressive. She assured us we could find something in the 10 days we had available to look in person, and indeed we did find the perfect townhome on our last day here! I think our offer was accepted over other, higher bids because of Robyn's skill selling our bid. The closing went smoothly and Robyn continues to help us as we look for professionals to update our home. She sold our daughter her home a couple of years ago and still keeps up with the comings and goings of her clients. I highly recommend her services!

Robyn is THE BEST agent in Northern Virginia!! Plain and simple.. Ethical, knowledgable, experienced, honest, trustworthy, dependable, assertive, proactive, creative, compassionate, and professional.. All of that wrapped in big bow of charisma & humor!
I can’t say enough great things about this amazing lady whom I also feel privileged to call a true family friend after knowing her for over 12yrs, and multiple buy & sell side transactions.

Robyn knows real estate and is the best person to have on your team when purchasing or selling your home.

I have worked with Robyn for over 10 years. She is more than my real estate agent…she is now family. Robyn helped me buy my first property as a young twenty-something. I knew nothing. She is aware everyone is different and has different levels of knowledge. Robyn is a master of making you feel heard…comfortable…and inspired that the right home is out there AND she’ll find it for you.

When my needs as a homeowner changed and I needed a new home for my growing family, without hesitation I turned to Robyn. I cannot emphasize that she understands the market. When hiring Robyn, you are gaining decades of experience on how the real estate market is within Northern Virginia. She knows what it takes to sell and buy a home. She has strong, powerful relationships with the right people in the area to ensure every step of the way you are taken care of and indeed getting the best service. But most importantly you are getting the best value for your home. If at any point you need clarification or more information on your home ownership journey, she’ll break it down for you one step at a time…until you are comfortable and understand. Let me pause.

Robyn got to where she is (at the top) by building the right relationships and taking risks. She takes care of her clients and those within her network. I have enjoyed her occasional networking events as they have made my relationship with her strong. And when it’s time to sell or buy she’s no stranger. She again understands my needs and wants. And in return, I know she had my best interests in her forefront.

After buying and selling two properties with Robyn over the last decade, I can’t recommend her enough to my friends. Look no more…Robyn is who you need when making your next purchase or selling your current home.

Knowledgeable, helpful, on top of it! These are a few of the words that come to mind when I think of our experience of buying and selling with Robyn! We were referred to Robyn by a friend who had used her twice previously to buy. We set up an “information gathering” phone call with Robyn, as we thought we were still 18-24 months out from actually buying a place. We had some questions about the current market and about the process of buying and selling at the same time, since this would be our first time selling a home while also going through the purchasing process. Robyn was so helpful and patient with all of our questions and was able to provide us with additional insight into the process. So much so that we decided we were more ready than we thought to sell our current house and look for a new house! Our focus was on finding the RIGHT house to buy and we were not going to put our house on the market until we found it! Robyn was so helpful and knowledgeable about neighborhoods that fit what we were looking for! She was also incredibly helpful in guiding us on getting our house market ready. Our house was listed for less than 72 hours before we had multiple offers. She helped us navigate the offers, choose the best option and negotiate the terms of the contract. Robyn also helped us to negotiate the best deal possible on our new house. Throughout the whole process she was always available for questions and was very responsive. She stayed on top of the negotiation of both contracts and caught errors before they became issues. As far as we are concerned, we are in our “forever home,” however, if that status changes, we will absolutely call Robyn to be our realtor!! I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Robyn did a great job! We used her on the purchase of a new construction and for the sell of my condo in East Gate. For the purchase, Robyn was instrumental in helping us with our blue tape walk through and talking with the builder. She brought put points that my wife and I had not considered our thought to ask and did a great job explaining things when we had questions. Takes the time to ensure you understand what was said, how it impacts the process, and what it means to you as the buyer. For the sale, she did great recommending the paint color we choose, helping us navigating the listing, and was great when it came to reviewing the offers. Loved how she helped identify the risks involved in certain offers to help with selecting the, not just the one with the most money, but the one most likely to make it to closing without any issues.

Robyn is a rare gem. She is a professional that has learned all aspects of the industry. If you’re upfront about your real estate goals Robyn will be able to go through what’s necessary to achieve them and get you to the goal line. She knows exactly what she’s doing. Check your ego at the door, let her know your goals and if you follow her advice you’ll be successful in achieving them. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She’s extremely responsive and you’ll believe you’re her only client which obviously cannot be true based on her success rate. I bought my first home with her and sold the first home I bought with her as well. If it wasn’t for her skill set I would not have gotten the house I wanted and if it wasn’t for her skillset I wouldn’t have sold my home for what I wanted. I know we all think we’re experts because we have applications on our phones and look at properties all day long but we really aren’t. You want to hire an expert and you want to hire someone that will have your best interest at heart. I promise you, you will not find anyone better. If you’re reading this stop because you’ve found the best there is. You’ll have a realtor for life and probably a friend for life. The only downside is Robyn cannot clone herself, so all 50 states and US territories do not have a Robyn. She deserves all the success that this world has to offer and if you’re her client you’ll be successful too.
