Robyn began her career in 1996 with Whitney Oaks Development, where she served as Community Ambassador and later Sales and Marketing Director for one of Placer County’s most successful master-planned communities. Whitney Oaks is a 1,650-acre gated golf course development, where Robyn helped price and market approximately 250 custom home sites.
Licensed as a California Realtor® since 1997, Robyn serves clients throughout Placer, El Dorado, and Sacramento Counties. Her experience includes luxury homes, land and development opportunities, trust and estate sales, 1031 exchanges, investment properties, and complex real estate transactions.
Robyn holds several professional designations including PSA, SRES, MRP, RSPS, PTS, SFR, and AHWD, supporting her work with estate sales, senior transitions, relocation clients, and specialized pricing strategies.
