Robyn helped us find and sell our fist home! She was wonderful when we were looking for our first home....very patient, informative, knowledgeable, and was with us every step of the way. When we decided to sell our house, Robyn made sure we knew all the facts and that our expectations were reasonable. Robyn was on top of everything, when something came up that she knew we would be interested in she took immediate action. We had very specific needs and there was not a lot of properties out there that met them, it took us several months but Robyn was determined to find us what we needed and she did. Her knowledge of the area is amazing, we moved here from Nashville, TN and needed her expertise on the area. She is also one of the most personable realtors I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Robyn was our agent for not only the selling of our first home, but also buying of our second home. She is the agent that all of our family uses and has helped many of our friends as well. She has been in this industry for a while and knows what needs to be done both in the selling and buying market. My wife and I looked for a house for 8 months. Robyn was very patient with us. We were picky, probably more so than we needed to be, but Robyn was awesome. Once she had a good idea of what we were looking for, she would pre-scan some houses for us to save us some time. The house we finally purchased was perfect for us and Robyn's patience and dedication was the key. Once we decided it was for us, she did her homework to make sure our offer was a strong as it could be and give us the best chance to get it. I have known Robyn since 1988. She sold me my first duplex in 2000. Throughout these 13 years, she has sold 3 of my homes and assisted me with the purchase of 3 new homes. She is an expert in her field, and always answers her phone. If she is busy she immediately calls back or texts that she will be in contact soon. She listens to my wants and needs and is an awesome negotiator. Robyn helped me schedule termite, roof, and home inspections. If I was working she met the contractor for me. She is fiercely competitive and will do her best to find the house of your dreams at a price you are willing to pay. She always acts in the best interests of her customers. Robyn not only finds homes on MLS, but she goes to the home to insure the criteria is met on what you want. So you are not wasting your valuable time on something you do not want.
