We just purchased a home in Charlotte, MI from Maggie a member of Robyn Flanders team. Maggie was wonderful she went above and beyond for us. I contacted Maggie and she was the first realtor who asked what I was looking for and helped me set up a search and figure out just what it was I really was looking for. Maggie was always polite and such a sweetheart whenever dealing with her. She always was so considerate of our schedules and drive into town. Maggie was very easy to reach and was very prompt in getting back to you. Maggie explained things throughly and made sure we had a understanding of everything, even paperwork that had to do with the sale of our home :) Working with Maggie and the Flanders Team was a pleasure. They helped up find the house we were looking for with everything we wanted. It's no longer just a house, it's our forever home. Thanks again Maggie and Robyn :) We love it and couldn't be happier :)

We will always choose Robyn for all our real estate needs because of her excellent skills and networking capabilities. I have recommended Robyn to several friends, and will continue to do so. We recently had a family tragedy and need to sell a home for the family estate. Robyn and her team treated us with dignity and respect, and helped us through this experience by getting the home ready for sale, and selling it in a timely fashion. Robyn and her team are the best in Lansing.

I would like to thank Robyn, Maggie Gerich our realtor, and the entire ReMax team. they all helped us through our first home purchase. Due to issues with the lending company the process was long and difficult. The ReMax team worked very hard to keep the process rolling and kept my lender on track. They were always very courteous, responded to emails and calls incredibly quickly, and if it weren't for them we wouldn't have been able to close on-time. For anyone looking in the Lansing area definitely call Maggie Gerich or Robyn.

It was a very good experience working with Robyn and her team. They are knowledgeable, efficient and patience. During our house sale, we got professional suggestions about how to present the house, set a reasonable price, and etc. they answered our every question in the first place. I would very highly recommend Robyn and her team to anyone. She invests time in getting to know you and learning what you want. We used her once before and our deal didn't go through, since then she has kept in contact with us waiting for us to be ready again. Once we were she got listings to us right away and was able to find us the perfect house.

Robyn and her team were very helpful. We were first time home buyers who knew very little about the process. They walked us through everything, step by step. Robyn really goes above and beyond for her clients and she is so honest and helpful from the beginning and even until the day of closing. We bought a house through her last year and had already owned a house and she was honest with me on what price I could expect to get for my other house. I also had called her when my property taxes were getting assessed and even though she already had our sale she got back to me the same day to pull comps and give me information. I am very impressed with Robyn and recommend to anyone I know.

Robyn worked extremely hard to sell our Condo in the Delta Township area. The market was in a slump and with a lot of hard work we got it sold for a good price. She worked equally as hard on securing our new home in DeWitt. With her negotiating skills we received a reduced price along with a new roof.
