Robyn was suuuuper helpful while I was in the process of selling my home and buying one! She always made herself available when I needed her and explained things in a way that I was able to understand, especially when it came down to the inspection report we received. Basically told me what was a good idea to fix and what to ignore.

The initial walkthrough was insightful too! She let me know what colors might help sell the house, what to remove from the countertops, and how to fix the handrail scratches.

Her expertise is something that you want on your side!

My husband and I first met Robyn when looking to buy our first house while living in another state. We must have been a huge pain with all of our questions and ignorance, but Robyn was patient, responsive, and eventually passed us on to Amber.

I ADORE AMBER! She really helped us through each step of the process (and it is a process). Throughout our time working together, Amber went out of her way to help us, really made sure we understood certain aspects, and responded extremely fast to our calls/messages. Amber was honest, helpful, and kind. I always felt comfortable with her and never felt like she was pressuring me.

Needless to say, when we eventually sold our house and bought a new one, we did it with Amber. We'd do it again. And again. If we ever move out of her service area, we want her come with us.

So, yes, I would highly recommend to a friend.

We engaged Robyn on a sale in St. Charles during the second half of 2018. We were extremely pleased with her work and with the result of the transaction. She worked hard and in a collaborative fashion throughout the process. Her listing, especially the photographs, showed the house to its best advantage. Her listing price showed a good feel for the market. Once an offer came in, she went out of her way to help with requested fixes, including finding contractors and coordinating their payment. She went to my elderly father’s retirement home for the closing, to make it more convenient for him. She was open and accessible throughout, and her advice was genuinely helpful. I would recommend Robyn to any seller.
