Lady's and Gentlemen, I do not write a ton of reviews. I save them when something special happens and it is truly warranted. Kind of like when you give an extra 20% on top of a 15%+ (or more!) tip. It's reserved for special occasions. Robyn Miller is an amazing agent. Top tier! I've closed a ton of deals, and the attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism I see in Robyn is the best of the best. I can't recommend her enough. Don't waste your time using your 2nd cousin's best friends Aunt who's been in the business for 30 years, but somehow only closed 10 deals her whole life. Go with a Pro. Go with Robyn.

Robyn is pretty great. I had another realtor come by and basically doom and gloom the place I was trying to sell and left an impression she didn't really want the listing. Robyn took the listing, which was admittedly troubled, and got it closed in less than two months. Her can do attitude made a sale on a home that was potentially unsellable, and I am majorly grateful.

There is so much to say about our homebuying experience with Robyn. Because we were buying a home out of our area – our local agent referred us to her, and WOW am I glad she did. Robyn sent us some very interesting properties and we met her first in June. She was friendly and helpful and very sure she could help us find what we were looking for – even though we knew we were looking for a unicorn of a waterfront property.

The search went on for a few months, and we met her again in November – this time in feet of snow and single digit temperatures. Again, she was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. That was a property that seemed a possibility…until we heard back from the owners with a LOT of issues we ‘d be facing. We were very disappointed, and I felt that our search was hopeless. Nope – she powered on and not a week later – we found IT. The unicorn property we’d been looking for. As we prepped to make our offer, she was so helpful and responsive – which was vital since we were 5 hours away from the property. She went to do a video tour for us and provided so much insight that we felt confident making our offer sight unseen. (Yup, you read that right.)

She then went above and beyond working diligently with our very unhelpful and unresponsive mortgage company…checking the boxes, making the lists, making sure EVERYTHING was taken care of for a quick and very time sensitive closing. Robyn, more than anyone, knew what had to happen and when, in order to make this happen. She recommended local vendors and just did everything needed to keep us on track (and from me having panic attacks). I cannot imagine how this purchase would have happened without Robyn.

I cannot recommend Robyn Miller highly enough should you be looking for a real estate agent. She is all of the things we wanted and needed her to be. Thanks, Robyn for helping make our dream come true!

Robyn was so helpful when my sister and I had to sell our parents house. We had no idea what we were doing and Robyn walked us through it step by step. She let us know what we needed to do and what to expect next. The process of getting the house ready to the final steps of the sale were as smooth as could be expected.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Robyn and will be recommending her to everyone we know! She made us feel like we were the only family she was working with, and was very attentive to our needs and answering our questions through the whole process, even after we closed on the house.

When we first met with her, we met for coffee and she got to know our family and went over all of our wishes for our new home. Then, when we were ready to look for homes, she was very proactive in recommending homes to see, while making sure we saw the ones we already had our eye on, too. Once we were at the showings, she took notes for us, helping us keep track of whether the home met our initial list of desires and what we liked/didn't like about each house. She also was very knowledgeable about the construction of homes and the quality of materials used to help us get an idea of whether things may need to be replaced shortly after purchasing or anything like that. Lastly, when we put in our offer, she helped us determine a good offer based on the asking price, current market trends, comparable recent sales, and our budget. She was a wonderful advocate for us to all of the third parties in the process (i.e. lender, title company, inspector, etc.).

There are so many things to love about our experience with Robyn, but a few of my favorites were that she was never pushy - often reminding us that this will be one of the biggest purchase of our lives so we shouldn't settle - and that she felt like part of the family from day 1; in fact, our kids still ask about her and would give her hugs everytime we saw her. She really was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. 10/10 from us!

Buying a new home is a big deal. Buying a home in a different city across the state is a bigger deal. Buying a new home across the state for our daughter was the biggest deal.

In entering this process it was important that we had the best real estate agent representing us. Robyn Miller is a professional who listened through the entire process from start to finish to understand our new home purchase needs and desires. We felt Robyn placed our overall satisfaction as her highest priority making us feel appreciated and valued as clients from our very first encounter. We relied upon her expertise. She made sure our new home was not only going to be the best fit for our needs, but was genuinely a good purchase and therefore wise investment.

We were purchasing this home in a different city from where our primary residence is located, a five-hour state drive. Also, we were purchasing in a city that we had extremely limited knowledge about as we had never lived here and only visited a few tourist stops through the years. Robyn made sure we initially mapped out neighborhoods that would best suite our personal needs including commuting and desirable neighborhood as a sound investment. Through this process I would have to say ‘no one knows Spokane as well as Robyn’. She provided leads to homes for sale and would immediately checkout homes we found of interest that we shared with her. Since we were currently located across state, Robyn would scout the homes to make sure they suited our needs and expectations prior to visiting. She gave us several tours via FaceTime to make the best use of our time so we did not have to drive to see them in person until we were ready to make viable offers. FaceTime tours allowed us to focus in on feature’s of the houses including construction that we could not see in posted photos and their current surrounding neighborhoods that we could not readily see by way of GoogleMaps. She is a great, frequent communicator and considerate of getting results quickly.

At the time of purchasing we entered a hot real estate market that was extremely desirable with buyers entering a seller’s market where homes were going for a substantial amount over their asking prices. Robyn thoroughly understood the various aspects of this hot real estate market including property values, neighborhood locations within their communities and again, made sure we made an educated investment in our new home. She provided professional advice through the entire paperwork process. We felt exceptionally well cared for throughout the buying process as it was comfortable, smooth and we felt valued as clients due to her caring, support. The most convincing statement was from our daughter when the keys were turned over and she walked through the front door stating ‘I feel like I am home’.

She has excellent, kind people skills. We always looked forward to our interactions. As our realtor we are extremely satisfied and pleased with the results through the process of buying the perfect home for our daughter. We had the most amazing positive experience and recommend her without hesitation. My life partner and I had just moved to Spokane and were planning to rent until we figured out which neighborhood we wanted to buy a house in. Robyn was literally with us every single step of the way, from finding us a rental that would allow us to keep our 3 dogs with us to the day we closed on our dream house. She was always thinking two steps ahead of everyone else, always on top of things, which you need to be when house hunting in this crazy market! We had a few hiccups the week of our closing, but Robyn took care of everything and made the process easy. Robyn helped me to purchase my first home, and I simply cannot imagine navigating this process without her. Buying your first home in a seller's market in the middle of a global pandemic in no easy feat. There were plenty of times I just wanted to give up, but Robyn helped me stick through it and eventually find the perfect home. She showed me countless homes and repeatedly reminded me that it was okay for me to say "no," and there was something to be learned from each showing. We had to drive 2 hours to look for houses. Weekends were our only free time. Robyn was there every Saturday and some Sunday’s with multiple houses to look at. If she found one during the week she thought we might like she would give us a virtual tour with her phone. We always had fun and enjoyed our time with her looking.
