Robyn was there for every step of the process when my husband and I purchased our first home - from setting up the initial showings, through every negotiation and correspondence, and even up to the closing date to ensure that the process was going smoothly. The real estate market was competitive during our timeframe for house hunting, but she kept her cool and gave us expert advice. When we toured our dream house, we were disappointed to learn that it already had other offers, but we were able to get under contract with it thanks to Robyn's guidance with placing an offer and negotiating. Robyn was always a phone call, email, or text away and was highly efficient and quick with returning calls and answering questions. This was essential to our home buying process, as we were in a tight timeframe to look at and purchase a home.
