My family worked with Robyn to sell our parent's home after they passed away. Choosing Robyn was the best decision we could have made. She was extremely kind, professional, informative, and respectful. She responded to our many texts, emails and phone calls very promptly and was able to address each of our questions and concerns with ease. She guided us through this entire process with honesty and grace, always giving us her best insights while fully respecting our decisions. We trusted her judgement completely and we were so grateful to have someone so knowledgeable to help us to navigate this sale. She took her time to explain every step of the process, to outline possible scenarios, and to help us to see the best way to move forward. This was a challenging time for our family, emotionally and logistically, and Robyn made it as effortless and smooth as it could possibly be. Robyn truly went above and beyond any expectations that I have for a realtor. My siblings and I needed a LOT of help selling our elderly mother's house. We all live out of state, and every complication you can imagine came up with this house sale. Failed building inspections, buyers pulling out at the last minute, septic woes, you name it! At every turn Robyn was unflappable, hard working and creative in coming up with a new plan to get the house sold at a good price. Five stars just aren't enough!

Robyn was amazing throughout our hunt for a homey 2-family home. We were looking for a unique sort of property, and she guided us through the process so skillfully. Robyn helped us whittle down the area we were looking in and paid attention to the things we wanted in a house, and the things we didn't want. It only took a couple months to find the right house, and then she coached us through making a competitive offer amidst the crazy 2021 market. When we are ready to purchase another property we'll definitely contact her first.

Robyn is absolutely amazing to work with. She was recommended by friends, and couldn’t have been a better choice for our buyers’ agent. Throughout the process, she was always steps ahead, and struck the perfect balance between keeping us informed and managing the nitty-gritty anxiety-inducing communication with the sellers and their agent. Robyn always has a solution and a smile, which was so comforting, especially when we had post-inspection jitters. We hope to work with her again in the future, but not too soon because we love our new house!
