Hi, I am Rocio Cropp, I was born and raised in Chihuahua, Mexico. Here, I obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialty in Quality Assurance. I worked for over 20 years in the Quality Control field, in different twin plants between Mexico and the United States.
My focus on friendly customer care, professionalism, and strong ethical values has helped me build a winning reputation with my clients, colleagues, and vendors. My clients appreciate my ability to handle negotiations to obtain the best value in any transaction.
