I am a local Realtor who has real estate in her heritage. I learned the value of owning real estate firsthand from my father in Mexico as he conducted his own real estate business. Since I moved from Monterrey, Mexico, over 19 years ago, I have called Chicago my home. I have begun creating my legacy by marrying my husband Jim, raising our two daughters, and living and owning a home in Arlington Heights. After running my own fashion business in Mexico and assisting with my husband's business, I can effectively negotiate contracts, obtain favorable terms and outcomes when buying and selling, and manage all the details, regardless of how complex a transaction is. Rocio was absolutely amazing to work with. She kept the process fun, exciting, and stress free. As a first-time home buyer, her and her team were there for us every step of the process and helped us understand everything. Rocio's response time to all my questions was remarkable. Rocio went above and beyond when it came to looking at houses. She always gave all the information that came with those houses to help us in our decision process. She always had a smile on her face and was always excited to look at the next house. We never felt rushed to find a home if the house wasn't right for us. I recommend Rocio to everyone/anyone who is looking for a realtor.
