Rockey consistently came prepared with printed summaries of the homes we were considering, which made it easy to compare properties and understand the details that mattered.
What stood out most was their ability to identify potential pitfalls and blind spots that we might not have noticed on our own. They were thorough without being overwhelming and took the time to make sure we understood the pros, cons, and potential concerns with each property.
