I would have NEVER in a million years thought using a realtor to find a rental property would have made a serious impact in my search and completing the process. But, I was so incredibly happy to be wrong!!

I was looking for a while before i was introduced to Rod, and houses were on and off the market sometimes within a single day and I felt frustrated and that I would never find anything.

Then came Rod...

He used a ‘stream’ of listings to try to find something I would like after I gave him a rather picky list of things I desired in a home. Within a couple days we had a list of homes to visit and narrowed it down to three candidates. The first one we visited ended up being the winner! I put in the application and was approved. Rod thoroughly examined the lease and advocated for me to the landlord. Once we liked what we saw, we arranged the signing and Rod once again came to help me and talk through everything.

I will NEVER rent another home without first consulting ROD!! What an absolute blessing and true professional. Every part of the process was clear, easy, painless, and comfortable. Not to mention that when the time comes to buy a home, I will have no hesitation when choosing my realtor! Rod is truly exceptional and takes great pride in his job and I feel crazy for never having used Rod before.

My husband and I decided to move from NJ to GA and only had a short period of time to find a place. Rod was phenomenal!!!! He treated us like family and promised that he would find something for us. Rod worked diligently weekdays and weekends contacting Property Managers and always kept in contact with us so we knew exactly what was going on. He was always honest about the properties he showed us which allowed us to make a great choice. Needless to say we have reccomended him to our family and friends and will be working with him when we decide to purchase a home. We now have a new friend in Georgia!!!! Thanks Rod for everything!!!

Rod was the consummate professional helping me navigate the Atlanta real estate market. He was able to find a home in my preferred neighborhood with all of the features I requested plus some I didn’t even know I needed.
