I cannot say enough about our experience with Rod! From the moment we met him, we knew that he was the right person to help us find our home. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about everything from the culture and history of the county to the market values and possibilities. There were numerous times that Rod gave us invaluable advice and counsel and went above and beyond, more than we could ever have expected, to help us! We truly believe that if it wasn't for him we would never have found our forever home. Oh, and the help never stopped. There were multiple times when we needed some help after we settled on our home and Rod was quick to respond and provide exactly what we needed. He has become not just a realtor to our family, but a friend! My fiancé and I worked with Rod for about 6 months to purchase our first home. He was incredibly active and flexible with finding us homes to tour. Rod was extremely helpful and understanding when advising us on the homebuying process. He was open to our conditions and requests. As a couple who had never purchased a home before, he provided us with many ideas, tips, and genuine advice when viewing homes and related documents. He truly wanted what was best for us! We could not recommend a better realtor! When we eventually choose to sell our home, Rod will be the first person that we call.

We had to relocate out of state to Pennsylvania for work and contacted Rod to help us in our house hunt. He took the time to show us homes in various different areas and because of the competitive market, often on short notice.
