Joined Is Levy Realtors & Associates as a Licensed Real Estate sales agent in 1992, and have been working almost exclusively in REO sales and management since, handling an average of 300-400 REO properties per year.
In 1994, obtained NY State brokers license & In 2011 obtained Florida Brokers License,2013 Community Association Manager License.

Currently, I am an Associate Broker with Prospect Equities International,llc. Concentrating mainly on the most exciting New Developments,Sales of Apartments, Single tenant NNN leased properties, Distressed Assets Disposition.

Other Biographical Information:
Immigrated to the United States in 1981. I would later go on to graduate from Manhattan School of Music and The Julliard School of Music with a Masters Degree in the Music field.

I am licensed to sell Real Estate in New York and Florida.
I hold a Community Association Manager license in Florida which allows me to manage and understand in depth the inner workings of Florida HOAs / Condo communities.
