Rodericko Francisco

Rodericko Francisco is the founder and managing broker of Homes Empowered, a real estate planning and broker services group at Keller Williams Realty Bellevue, WA. With over 17 years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Broker, his career in real estate started in 1998 as a property searcher and examiner at Orange Coast Title Insurance in Anaheim, CA. His interest in real estate planning began and evolved during his 7+ years in the mortgage industry, processing and originating loans, working as an account executive, and assisting in the underwriting department. Today, Rodericko has played a major role in the successful closing of over 500 real estate transactions.

When he’s not working in real estate, you can find Rodericko enjoying life with his wife and 2 kids, rooting for local sports teams, and supporting young artists by serving on the board of directors for Extraordinary Futures – an organization that applies the arts and dance as an engagement tool to help cultivate and empower young, talented leaders in the community. Rodericko’s passion for dance and music taught him that he could accomplish anything he was determined to do. It was that passion and stick-to-it-iveness that helped him break through resistance and do things he never thought he could do. As a member of Massive Monkees—an internationally-recognized b-boy (breakdance) crew—Rodericko aims to share that message through his involvement with Extraordinary Futures.
