My realtor through two transactions, one to sell and one to buy was with Rodney Bottoms. Neither transaction was textbook and with Rodney at the helm I felt confident with his ability to navigate with me through the challenges. Both transactions turned out to be just fine with a little finessing, and I am very happy about the positive endings. Rodney definitely made himself available and worked with my crazy schedule so we could correspond when need be. He helped with everything and always allowed me to bounce ideas around and make my own decisions. He is knowledgeable, personable and most importantly a professional realtor. With Rodney as your realtor you truly are in good hands.

Rodney Bottoms is a FIVE STAR REALTOR. I could not ask for a more involved, more knowledgeable professional real estate representative. Rodney was active in every aspect of the sale of my property, helped with several issues that were not anticipated and worked with me to move through the sales process. He is very familiar with every facet of the Hot Springs, Arkansas real estate market, was never too busy to counsel with me, and always had my best interest as his focus. Rodney was a big help when we were buying our home, he never made us feel pressured to buy. When we found a house and it went under contract he was like there will be more and we will keep looking. He never gave up but wasn't in a rush to sell you something you weren't 100% in love with. Thankfully we found the home we love and we got the deal done. Rodney Bottoms has been my mom's realtor for several years now. He is very professional, very knowledgeable about the housing market and I trust him implicitly when it comes to finding a new home for my mom. He is also very patient. When my two sisters and I joined the search with he and my mom, he was always accommodating to our schedules so we could see the properties and give our opinions for our mom.

Rodney listens to what his clients want then sets about finding just the right places to show them. He knows how to find just the right properties that check all the boxes and have even more amenities than expected.
