Rodney was born and raised in a small town in Georgia and at 18 he joined the Air Force and served this great country for over 30 years. During his career, he moved over a dozen times, which has given him a unique understanding of what it means to uproot a family, move across the country or around the globe, and the stress associated with starting over in an unfamiliar place. While traveling the world, Rodney received a graduate degree In Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and used his education to improve his understanding and interaction with people from different cultures and walks of life. As a service member, he became an expert in human resources/relations, customer service, and leadership and combined those attributes with the Air Force’s Core Values of Integrity First, Service before Self, and Excellence in all we do…when he retired Rodney did not abandon those values, instead, they became an innate part of his Real Estate career.
When Rodney is not taking care of his clients, he is spending time with his daughters and son. They enjoy the beach, kayaking, paddle boarding, and of course, topping off a fun day with a great meal at their favorite pizza place or just putting something on the grill at home. Regardless of what they do, it is all about spending time and making memories. Although Rodney enjoys working with clients and tending to his family, at times he wants to let his hair down by enjoying a game of golf, He is really bad though, working on his son’s classic truck or just doing home improvement projects to make his home more comfortable and inviting.
