I can’t say enough good things about RJ. He sold us our first home 10 years ago. Truly it was just our dumb luck that we met. He found us the perfect house that we have made our home. When I inherited a house in November, calling RJ was a no brainer. He has been there since day one. It took us 6 months to get the house ready for sale, only took RJ 5 days to sell it!!! And at 28k over asking. His guidance during the WHOLE process was invaluable. He heard us. He listened. He was a source of positivity and encouragement.
Now we are ready to sell that first home he found us. We plan on buying out of state. What did RJ do, he called numerous people in his network till he found someone in Michigan that was the right fit for us.
Having RJ in our corner makes me feel like I have one up on everyone else. Also, that face! He’s so pretty they put his face on a van. All jokes aside, if you’re looking for a realtor, RJ is the best decision you will make.

My family and I had the best experience working with RJ. A year and a half ago, my mom's brother passed away and she was left with this home. It was difficult to come to the realization that we now had to go through this home where he lived for over 50 years and figure out what to do. RJ met us at the property several times to help us make a plan for cleaning it out, making necessary repairs, and updating key features to maximize our return. His experience and knowledge of the market allowed us to receive multiple offers and be under contract in 4 days well above the list price. We can't say enough good things about RJ and we highly recommend him no matter what your real estate needs are.

No words to really express my gratitude towards RJ. A true class act professional. My house was one of his biggest challenges to sell, but he persevered and after all of his marketing, it sold and the buyers couldn’t be happier…..and neither could I!

Having RJ sell my house was a game-changer. Not only is he professional, friendly and easy to work with, he has his client’s best interests in mind - at all times. He took the time to explain his approach and made sure I was on board with his selling strategy, including what property improvements to make in order to maximize value, starting list price and a market activation plan that had my home sold in THREE days. 20 showings and 4 offers later, RJ came back with an offer that was an astounding $24k over asking price and we closed less than 1 month later.
