Rogelio is an excellent real estate agent. He has a great personality, and will always do everything he can to get you the best deal on the house of your dreams or even a great fixer upper. He knows the area well and can answer all the questions you have about living in Reno. He is a great conversationalist and will ask all the right questions to match you with the perfect home.

Rogelio was great! It was our first time buying a house, but Ro explained everything and made us feel so comfortable. He was always easy to reach when I had any questions and whenever I was interested in a house he set up a viewing right away. Roger was available to show us a couple homes at the drop of a hat. He came very prepared with an abundance of information on the home and surrounding comps. He was willing to advocate for things we were asking for and the price we wanted. He was always professional, friendly and helpful. He made sure we always understood what was going on and what documents we were signing. He was available for any questions as they arose no matter time or day. Roger is passionate about what he does and will fight hard for what you want. I’d highly recommend him for anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

I listed my home with Rogelio Garcia and within 72 hours he had scheduled
A Professional photographer Which he paid for , 2 open houses, which I was super impressed with. He had 2 signs off the road plus one 15 foot flag to identify where the open house was. We had over 20 people look at our home on a rainy day and received an offer within 4 days from listing the property.
Rogelio comes with the complete package as a realtor. He is not only professional, he is computer savvy giving you information on the sale, Has knowledge of repairs needed and can give you approximate closing cost within minutes instead of waiting a few hours or till the next day. He Is caring And an honest individual and takes care of the needs of his customer and we couldn’t have been happier with Rogelio as our realtor. I can only say if you are looking for a realtor don’t pass this one up. He is exceptional!
