Mr. Lantigua was referred to us by my wife's co-worker. We called him and he was genuinely courteous and quickly got an appointment setup for our first viewing in an area that was new to us. We relocated from out of state. He was on-time and very knowledgeable about the house not only from a marketing standpoint but also from a structural standpoint. He found real and potential issues with several houses that we viewed. He worked tirelessly to find us the house with the essential requirements. He has a can -do attitude and is very positive. He is very responsive to our texts/phone calls. Also, his contract was detailed and comprehensive, negotiations were amicably taken care of, and they were no issues during closing.
