My brother recommended me Rogelio Lantigua from exp reality to sale my property and since the first conversation he walked me through the whole process of what we had to do from getting the house ready to sale to closing and right the next day he was walking down the house to get a better idea of what had to be done. Through out the process he maintained good communication with me and that helped me to avoid delays. His professionalism attracted many prospects which give us different options to choose from. Mr. Lantigua was referred to us by my wife's co-worker. We called him and he was genuinely courteous and quickly got an appointment setup for our first viewing in an area that was new to us. We relocated from out of state. He was on-time and very knowledgeable about the house not only from a marketing standpoint but also from a structural standpoint. He found real and potential issues with several houses that we viewed. He worked tirelessly to find us the house with the essential requirements. He has a can -do attitude and is very positive. He is very responsive to our texts/phone calls. Also, his contract was detailed and comprehensive, negotiations were amicably taken care of, and they were no issues during closing. He even attended the closing. Take it from me, and I'm not just saying this, he's good to work with and you will not be sorry or frustrated. He's one of the best.
