My name is Roger Anderson. I have been in the business of helping people buy and sell homes since 1989. I pride myself on communication with my clients, keeping them abreast of the ever-changing market conditions.
I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North Dakota. After working as a realtor for 6 years, I decided to become a broker and open the Elite Realty real estate brokerage.
I have had over 100 realtors work for my brokerage in the last 6 years. I mentor and teach realtor classes every week.
My Work History
1.New home framing contractor for 20 years. This was invaluable experience in all the structural issues that may/may not be present in a home. During this time, I also remodeled homes of all different areas and the building codes that governed during that time.
2.New Home General Contractor for 32 years. I have built over 1000 homes. Being the General Contractor, I worked closely with Buyers and listening to their needs. Also, involved in selling their current home.
3.Realtor/ Sales assoc. for 6 years. I have worked with over 300 buyers/sellers during that time.
4.Real Estate Broker for 10 years, Managing Broker/ Owner of Elite Realty MN. 6 years. As a real estate broker, I have either been involved in or overseen over 1000 different transactions.
All my experience has helped become the most well rounded and versed in all types of new and existing homes. I consider myself a very good negotiator and work solely on my client’s needs.
