About Roger

Roger has spent his entire life living in Philadelphia and its suburbs. He grew up in Philadelphia and attended college at LaSalle University, in Philadelphia, spending the first 23 years of his life in this great city. He got married and moved to Delaware County, where he has lived for the last 20 years. With that said, he is very knowledgeable on the city of Philadelphia and the surrounding areas.

Roger has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and worked for 11 years in corporate for large and small companies in various finance roles from internal auditor to financial analyst and fund accounting supervisor. He started his progression towards entrepreneurship in 1997 when he and his wife built a small vending company and sold it in 1998. It was then that they turned their attention to real estate and started buying rental properties. Over the last 17 years, he has been involved in real estate as a landlord, property manager, general contractor, and house flipper.

Roger and his wife also owned their own mortgage company from 2000 to 2010. As a result of his diverse background, he has been involved in over 500 real estate related transactions from every point of view. This helps him relate to and serve his customers in variety of ways.

Whether clients are an experienced investor, first time investor, looking to upgrade their current home, or are a first-time home buyer, Roger can help them achieve their goals. When navigating the real estate waters, clients are bound to encounter some bumps in the road, big and small. He can guide them over and around those bumps. There is a solution to every problem and obstacle, and his experience has helped him find the solution to most problems clients will encounter during their real estate transactions.

Roger doesn’t just view himself as a real estate agent, but also as a consultant and counselor. His role is to educate his clients and supply them with the proper information so that they can make the best decision that will allow them to achieve their goals.
