I can’t say enough about Roger Glenn. He handled the estate sale of my brother’s house, advising me on preparing it for listing, pricing and marketing it effectively, attracting and skillfully juggling multiple offers, and negotiating the best offer up to full asking price. Selling a house is stressful, and he seemed to know when to hold my hand and when not to. I appreciated his instant responsiveness and his attention to some issues that came up with the house (I live 500 miles away). A pleasant, knowledgeable, and supremely effective realtor.

Roger Glenn provided the absolute best service! Just a few words to describe him are ethical, knowledgeable, thoughtful, honest, kind, and humble. From day one he took his time explaining the entire process and answered any questions we had. Along the way he kept us informed of all things pertaining to our situation as they unfolded. He had us spoiled in this way because we knew if anything was needing to be addressed he would quickly reach out to us. We honestly feel like God sent him to us. I was working to find a property in Rabun County GA as a part of a 1031 exchange and was working with an agent from another agency who became non-responsive. Due to a tight deadline for getting a property under contract, I reached out to Roger to see if he would be willing to take me on as a client, which he did. He took my request while on vacation and we set up a meeting the day after he returned. Roger was very professional and informative at that meeting which led to scheduling a time where we could look at properties. He got everything set up and we spent about 1/2 day looking at several properties. We decided which property we liked the best and it turned out to be one that Roger was the listing agent. Ever the professional, Roger turned us over to Kasie Campbell, another agent at Poss Realty because it is their policy to not do dual agency, which I appreciate. I went from stressing about whether I would meet the 1031 exchange deadlines to getting a contract in place well before the deadline and closing with no issues. Roger was very responsive every step of the way through the process, did what he said he was going to do and followed through to the end. I highly recommend Roger, Kasie and Poss Realty!

I recently used Roger Glenn with Poss Realty for the sale of my father in laws home. Roger assisted me throughout the process of the repair of the property from the damages sustained from the hurricane last September to the closing last week. Roger came over to the property multiple times and made some suggestions for enhancements that proved to be the difference in the sale at the end. His insight into current market conditions was on point. Roger Glenn is very knowledgeable in his field and is very professional, prepared, informative and communicates with his clients along the way and is always available to answer any questions you may have. Additionally his reputation and high moral standards are very apparent through his actions. Roger Glenn of Poss Realty was wonderful to work with. Our initial contact with him was in the fall of 2024 when we sent a property inquiry through Zillow. We chatted about our interests and while that property turned out not to be a good fit, Roger helped us find a wonderful property this summer. I can't say enough great things about working with Roger! I relied on his expertise, knowledge, and negotiating skills and never had a doubt about his suggestions. He was extremely communicative in a very timely manner and would offer different options for me to choose throughout the process of selling my home and finding my new home. He was extremely beneficial when looking for a new home by scrutinizing any red flags that would pop up with a potential new home. He and his wife went out of their way to help me; for example, his wonderful wife came to my home (at least 30 minutes out of her way) to take my dogs out of the house for a showing! This is just one example of many. After working with Roger, I felt as though I have known him for years. Very comfortable and easy going. I started looking at land to buy with plans to eventually build my home for retirement, and contacted a few real estate agents when I found some interesting properties online. Roger Glenn stood out with his professionalism and yet friendly relationship, combined with his timely and effective communication, which fostered a transparent and trusting relationship.

This was my first time to purchase land and Roger’s expertise and understanding of the market, along with guidance on steps to follow when purchasing land was invaluable and provided a seamless experience. Roger stayed in close contact while searching for land and once in contract, he kept me advised of the status during the escrow process. In addition, he provided support beyond the real estate transaction by coordinating the soil test for a septic system since I live over two hours away from the land I purchased.

I am not someone to write reviews but in this case I think it's a must do. We just purchased a home in Lakemont Ga, if it wasn't for the outstanding service we got from Roger Glenn/Poss Realty this would have not been possible. Being originally from Florida, it was logistically impossible to spend much time in Rabun County looking for our new home, but with the help of our realtor we managed not only to see several homes via Video Calls, but we bought one! We had to face several logistical issues that were literally taken care of by our realtor, inspections, technical support with some issues with the house, walk through, you name it! After having bought and sold a few homes in Florida, we thought our local realtor was great, but we currently hold different standards after working with Poss Realty/Roger Glenn. If you want to buy a home and need all the support you can get, this is THE 'ONE STOP SHOP'. My husband and I will forever be grateful to Roger and his team for the amazing experience of buying a house with them, there is a before and an after Roger Glenn, hands down the best realtor we've ever worked with and would recommend him blinded.
