Every so often, you'll meet people that you know will become a part of your circle of trust. Roger and Laura jumped right in offering guidance and encouragement to help me in starting a new life in this area. Roger is an extremely hard-working agent that always has his clients' best interest's forefront and with the most ethical, transparent, problem-solving approach by any standard, he simply gets the job done. I call him a friend and a trusted mentor that continuously helps me understand the logic of the real estate world, best business practices, and the importance of connecting with a community. Roger and Laura are incredible people, and I am proud to call them friends that truly care about leaving things better than they found them. Roger is a problem solver taking a proactive approach to get your answers before the questions are asked. I love that about him. His knowledge in the industry will serve you well. I can't say enough great things about working with Roger! I relied on his expertise, knowledge, and negotiating skills and never had a doubt about his suggestions. He was extremely communicative in a very timely manner and would offer different options for me to choose throughout the process of selling my home and finding my new home. He was extremely beneficial when looking for a new home by scrutinizing any red flags that would pop up with a potential new home. He and his wife went out of their way to help me; for example, his wonderful wife came to my home (at least 30 minutes out of her way) to take my dogs out of the house for a showing! This is just one example of many. After working with Roger, I felt as though I have known him for years. Very comfortable and easy going. Extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of home construction. I highly recommend Roger and if I ever need an agent again... he's the one I will go to for sure!

I started looking at land to buy with plans to eventually build my home for retirement, and contacted a few real estate agents when I found some interesting properties online. Roger Glenn stood out with his professionalism and yet friendly relationship, combined with his timely and effective communication, which fostered a transparent and trusting relationship.

This was my first time to purchase land and Roger’s expertise and understanding of the market, along with guidance on steps to follow when purchasing land was invaluable and provided a seamless experience. Roger stayed in close contact while searching for land and once in contract, he kept me advised of the status during the escrow process. In addition, he provided support beyond the real estate transaction by coordinating the soil test for a septic system since I live over two hours away from the land I purchased.

It is without hesitation that I highly recommend Roger Glenn for all your real estate needs.

Laura and Roger were amazing to work with. They were quick to respond to opportunities and then expertly guided me through the entire process.
Given the extremely competitive and fast moving market, I'm still not sure how they managed to land the townhome I ultimately moved into. They advised a strategy on the offer that worked immediately and we closed without issue.

I am not someone to write reviews but in this case I think it's a must do. We just purchased a home in Lakemont Ga, if it wasn't for the outstanding service we got from Roger Glenn/Poss Realty this would have not been possible. Being originally from Florida, it was logistically impossible to spend much time in Rabun County looking for our new home, but with the help of our realtor we managed not only to see several homes via Video Calls, but we bought one! We had to face several logistical issues that were literally taken care of by our realtor, inspections, technical support with some issues with the house, walk through, you name it! After having bought and sold a few homes in Florida, we thought our local realtor was great, but we currently hold different standards after working with Poss Realty/Roger Glenn. If you want to buy a home and need all the support you can get, this is THE 'ONE STOP SHOP'. My husband and I will forever be grateful to Roger and his team for the amazing experience of buying a house with them, there is a before and an after Roger Glenn, hands down the best realtor we've ever worked with and would recommend him blinded.
