Growing up in eastern Queens, NY, with summers in the Hamptons since the mid-1960s, I have seen these communities evolve and thrive. My family has long owned homes across East Quogue and Hampton Bays, and I've held property in Montauk as well. Currently residing in Hampton Bays, I am deeply connected to the culture and real estate market across this unique region.
My real estate career began in the early 1980s, focusing initially on rentals before transitioning to home sales throughout Queens and Nassau County. My hands-on experience includes buying and selling homes in New York, Florida, and Arizona, allowing me to refine a keen eye for investment opportunities and market trends.
In the midst of my career, I embraced the technology wave, transitioning to roles as an engineer and instructor with Novell, and then as a Systems Engineer and Senior Project/Program Manager for major firms like JP Morgan, ExxonMobil, and Cisco Systems. This technical expertise culminated in significant projects, such as leading the design and implementation of cutting-edge data, voice, video, wireless, and IP phone systems for both the new Yankee Stadium and MetLife Stadium.
After years of cultivating skills in negotiation and contract management, I am now back in real estate, working throughout the areas I know best, from Remsenburg to Montauk. I work with only a handful of qualified clients at a time to ensure I can provide personalized service to my clients.
