Will highly recommend Roger. He help me with my first home in bay area. He has been exceptional in filtering out the houses. He was able to spot the problems in the house very swiftly making the decision easier and saving time. He was always a phone call away and has always entertained request to see more houses without prior notice. He was very fast at the same time. If it wasn't for him I would not have got the house I bought.

Roger Prasad is one of the excellent, energetic and punctual realtor. During my nine months of house search he never hesitated to show us a house. Even if it’s sunny or rain, dawn or dusk he is always ready to go. He got our requirements first and worked hard to find us a perfect house.He never pushed or urged us. At one point of time me and my husband lost hope, he is the one who gave us hope and always says “Be patient, let’s keep looking for houses”. During dilemma he guides us properly, this shows us he is not seeing things as realtor rather seeing things as one among us. It’s been always fun working with him. Now am living in a beautiful house which satisfied 95% of my requirements, Roger made it happened.

Roger was an unbelievable partner in the sale of our home. He brought in a construction team that knocked out a few updates in two weeks to meet our go to market deadline.

He created a spectacular video of the home including great drone footage inside and out! Staging and photos really nailed the marketing efforts.

Sold the house same week as listed and selling price was significantly over area comps and our asking price!

If you are selling soon, this is the guy to get it done fast at top dollar.

Rogers energy and effort have been refreshing and would work with him again without hesitation.

Was recommended to Roger Prasad by our oldest daughter and son-in-law who used Roger to list their home for sale in Livermore, they could not stop talking about how user friendly he as throughout the entire process. We encouraged my parents to give him an opportunity and they invited Roger to come have a look see at their San Leandro home in July. Roger was beyond enthusiastic upon our meeting and immediately had a plan and vision to get my parents place ready to sell. Roger and his team went straight to work helping to get personal belongings and furniture out of the house and then getting it staged to show. Roger was beyond generous in allowing us to use his personal truck and trailer to get many boxes and pieces of furniture moved to a temporary location. We found Roger to be a wealth of knowledge, inspirational, more than professional, honest and genuinely interested in keeping us informed throughout the process. Roger completed the marketing and sale of my parents home in a very timely manner and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reputable realtor to represent them as well.

We are so grateful that we decided to work with Roger to sell our home in Livermore. We had gotten a referral from a neighbor who had a great experience working with Roger. From the very start, he was very professional, a strong communicator and willing to do whatever he could to make the process as easy on us as possible. We were impressed when he did his initial walk through and let us know he would bring in his own team to do the minor fixes, paint, etc. to get the house ready. He went above and beyond, paid for inspections, had someone come to do the deep cleaning, and staging. He simplified things for us in a way we had never experienced before when selling a home. We even put his negotiating skills to the test, when we had a hiccup with the buyer towards the end. Thankfully Roger reassured us he would do all he could to get the best deal for us and he came through in a big way. We are so grateful for all he did for us, that we referred him to my grandparents, who also had a great experience. Thank you Roger and team for all you did for us, your service was and is first class!!

I met with several well established real estate agents all who seemed less willing to provide the same level of service that Roger did. Not only did Roger provide more service then was offered by the others agents, but he was able to sell my home after one weekend on the market at a price above my expectations and that of the agents I spoke with.

We are first time home buyers and we used Roger as our realtor and couldn’t have been happier with the result. If it weren’t for him we would not be living in the house that we wanted so badly. It is difficult selling a home period but prepping and selling a home during a pandemic is an entirely different situation. I could not have done it without Roger Prasad. Roger transformed our home by remodeling and updating to attract buyers. He absolutely knows what’s important to buyers. He’s a one stop professional and a man of his word. Provides excellent communication, and is timely, efficient and proactive. Roger meets his deadlines and gets things done fast. He was flexible and adaptive to our particular needs. Roger is an outstanding agent. We were lucky to meet him and with his expertise, excellent negotiations skills, and positive attitude, we are now happily the owners of our dream house. We had our eyes set on a community that we really wanted to live in. One by one, houses in this community were being sold. With our past agent we lost the opportunity to purchase two of the homes in that community that we were interested in. It seems that everything happens for a reason because the house that Roger helped us purchase exceeded our expectations. Roger worked very quickly and he had excellent communication skills. One of the most important factors that we looked for in an agent was strong communication skills and Roger definitely had what we were looking for. He has his text messages on “read” receipts, which we think is very professional as a real estate agent. Purchasing a home is not an easy process and having an agent that will get back to you within a few minutes puts you at ease. Even during moments when we felt stressed or uncertain, Roger was there to tell us everything was going well. As a real estate agent we also believe it’s important to have a positive attitude and Roger has exactly that. He will be sure to keep your spirits lifted up, even during the most strenuous times. Roger also has an amazing team of people that work with him and he was able to introduce us to these incredibly hard working people. Roger is truly a gem and if you are struggling to find the right agent then look no further because Roger is the guy for you! He is not only a great agent but also a genuinely amazing person. I found Roger Prasad through a friend who was one of his past customers. Roger was an amazing real estate agent from the beginning all the way throughout the entire process. I was looking for a fixer-upper and I was not sure where to start. But Roger knew exactly what to do. He found me an amazing deal in the peninsula and got his design and construction team to renovate the house and make it look more modern. I absolutely love what Roger and his team did to my home and I don’t think there is any other real estate agent who would invest so much into their own customers like he did. I really appreciate his work and his results. All around he is a great hard-working guy and I feel very grateful that my friend referred him to me.
