Roberts obtained a Degree at the Hotelfachschule Bad Reichenhall. After obtaining a degree in Hospitality Roger worked for a decade in the luxury hotel industry in Germany namely the Brenner's Park Hotel and the Vier Jahreszeiten Munich, both 5-star hotels. Looking for better weather, Roberts started working at a small boutique hotel in Naples, FL. From there he transitioned to the luxury automobile industry with Toyota and Lexus where he spent another 19 years in various management positions. After almost two decades in the hospitality industry, he transitioned into the luxury real estate market.
