Roger listed my house in O'Fallon, Illinois after I moved to another state. The house required quite a bit of work after being rented for several years. I was unable to manage the repairs and upgrades myself because I wasn't living in the area but Roger has several associates with the skills necessary to repair or upgrade anything in a house. I was very nervous how much it would cost me but was pleasantly surprised to find how reasonable the prices were. Roger verified the work was performed correctly before giving the thumbs up to pay.
