Roger Woolstenhulme

During the 1980's and 1990's, Roger Woolstenhulme worked with Trammell Crow Company in the Oklahoma City and Detroit offices, rising to the rank of Managing Director. At Trammell Crow, Mr. Woolstenhulme served the needs of larger clients such as REIT's, pension funds, insurance companies, major corporations and high net worth individuals closing over 600 transactions totalling in excess of $250 million. Since 2000, Mr. Woolstenhulme has been President and Principal Broker of Wyngate Properties, Inc. where his expertise is directed toward creating real estate solutions for local, regional and national tenants, investors and property owners.

Mr. Woolstenhulme earned a BS degree from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah and an MBA from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas. He is currently affiliated with several civic, professional, and charitable organizations. He enjoys church and family activities as well as golf, snow skiing, scuba diving, Tennessee Walker horses, Harley Davidson motorcycles and playing in adult baseball leagues.
