can I give 10 stars? Roilyn was a pleasure to have has my realtor. He really went above and beyond for me. It took me a really long time to decide what I wanted because I was so picky and second guessed myself even so he answered every call, text and took me to look at houses even the ones he already knew I was going to say NO to he worked with me after hours and weekends. He’s patient and dedicated and hustled a great deal for me. Thank you Roilyn see you in 5 years . HOUSE NUMBER 2

Rolyn was truly exceptional. I met him through his wife and since then I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. We are a very huge family and the fact that he always made himself available for ALL of us to see houses,he was super patient. It was a no-brainer for me to work with him since I was set on buying in Bridgeport and I’m so thankful I did . His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he would always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. He helped us figure out the best way to position our offer and what price to go in at to give us the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer over the other one. I purchased my ideal and forever home, and I’m happy. Royln was a 15 out of 10!

So grateful for finding Roilyn Nunez. Someone I know found him on Instagram. I messaged him and he got back to me right away. Same day I was looking at apartments to rent. In details I expressed to him, how important it was for me to find a good and safe area that also provided good school system. I’m a mother and schools was my main concern. Not only did I find location- I found peace and entertainment for my children without having to leave our place! THANK YOU! I highly recommend Roilyn!
