About Roland

Hi, I'm Roland Corral. I grew up in Southern California but lived in Europe for a few years and speak four languages. I worked as an Interpreter for a few years but realized my heart was in Real Estate. I am proud to say I am a U.S. Veteran and served my country and completed my term with an Honorable Discharge. After receiving my Associates Degree with emphasis in Real Estate, I became a mortgage loan officer. I then went into Real Estate Advertising afterwhich I became a Real Estate Appraiser. As a Certified Licensed appraiser, my real estate clients love me because they know you must be a licensed apprentice (be an intern) for a minimum of 2 years before you can take the exam and become a fully licensed appraiser. There's a reason banks don't care what a buyer, a seller or even a Realtor thinks that a house is worth. The only one a bank cares about how much they think a house is worth is a licensed appraiser.
