Rolfe Kratz

Rolfe Kratz, a licensed real estate agent since 1997, was raised by a real estate family. His mother, Annette Kratz, was an agent for more than 32 years prior to her retirement from the business in 2011. Rolfe's father, Charley Kratz, was always involved in the purchase and sale of investment properties with Rolfe helping to repair and fix up the houses his father bought. It was only natural that with these influences Rolfe would become a licensed agent after graduation from Thomas Aquinas College. Under the tutelage of his mother, Rolfe quickly became an asset to the business as he combined the training from Annette with updated technologies in the real estate industry. Rolfe and Annette formed a team that would close hundreds of transactions and help many clients realize the dream of home ownership.

Rolfe, a member of Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) since 1997, has earned recognition and many awards for his work in the field of real estate including: NVAR Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Award, NVAR Lifetime Top Producer Award, and RE/MAX Hall of Fame. He has also completed additional education to become an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and in 2005 he completed additional training and testing required to become an Associate Broker.
