My husband and I started working with Romero Phillips sometime in last September, early October. We were looking to sell our home in order to purchase another home. He handled both transactions. I must say, the entire process was horrible. HORRIBLE. There's nothing like being in a situation that you have no control of. But, through it all, Romero was a complete professional. There were times I was upset with him because I didn't feel he was upset enough! LOL There was never a time I called him, and he didn't answer or call me back the same day. Romero gave 1,000% of his energy to situations that were on life support or dead. I'm sure someone else would have walked away. But not Romero. His professionalism and determination wouldn't allow him to. My husband and I FINALLY closed on a home we absolutely love! It took six months (felt like six years)! But, without Romero's commitment to us, his clients, it would have never happened. Would I recommend him? ABSOLUTELY.

He has keen insights that I would have easily missed had it not been for his expertise. Incredibly professional and thorough. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor experience as a first time homebuyer!

From the first home tour I scheduled with Romero through Zillow, he was brutally honest about what he thought each property was worth, the amount of work that would need to be done, and any red flags he saw as we walked the properties. Romero explained all of my questions I thought were “silly” in detail and without judgement. He was receptive to my preferences and made sure to work within my constraints in order to draft the strongest offer I could make for my situation. His connections had great communication and were thorough and hard working. I will definitely be sending friends and family Romero’s way in the future!

I was an out of state customer looking for a home from 700miles away. Romero worked very hard to help me find a home hitting all the points I was looking for in a home in my price range. In this hyper dynamic market. He was quick to respond and address my concerns. Moving from a fickle southern state, I was happy to find a reliable real estate agent in the midwest. When he had his own doubts about the place, he went to check it out on his own initiative looking out for my interests to make sure all the due diligence was done. He is also very personable, tactful, diligent; I cannot recommend him enough.

There are no words to express how happy we were to have Romero as our agent. We were randomly matched with him via Zillow and everything just clicked from there. As out-of-state buyers, we had a limited amount of time to see properties and Romero got us into see several homes in the Northeast Ohio area. Unfortunately, nothing really spoke to us so we headed back to FL. HOWEVER, a few weeks later our forever home popped up on Zillow and Romero jumped in to get us a video tour and negotiate with the sellers to get our offer accepted. We're now gearing-up for our move-in date! Romero was with us every step of the way and was there for us anytime we had questions. If you're looking for a real estate agent in Northeast Ohio, we would definitely recommend Romero!

I went through four different realtors before teaming up with Romero Phillips Sr. He was the one, whom helped to make my dream into reality. He was very meticulous and very informative. He listened to what I was "actually" saying. It was no guessing games with him. He wasn't concerned about impressing me with his past accomplishments.

A)From my experience working with him, I found him to be very helpful, knowledgeable and a supportive professional. As a busy Physician, he worked flexibly with my schedule; regularly updating me on new homes, and he was always tirelessly available to show houses across different cities of my interest. Romero Phillips, is one of the few Agents I have had the privilege to work with who is truly an outstanding Realtor, a consummate professional. Being a Realtor myself for 18 years in the Cleveland area, I have worked with many other Realtors from a variety of brokerages, with most being a disappointment in their conduct and their lack of ability to properly represent their Client. From the start, Romero provided excellent communication to all parties affiliated with our transaction and most importantly, represented his clients best interest at the highest level. Romero Phillips is a nice and friendly guy to work with .He was always concern , there was days when I was sick and he made the time convenient for me, he has good values and very professional and responsive he was very considerable and patient and he is a Godly and invited me to his church, he will ask how I was feeling I had spine surgery and have some problems getting around sometime and i had cancer on my Skelton brain bone and was going though cancer treatments and thank God I'm cancer free he was always concern and set up the a good time for me and he also wanted me to chose a house that didn't need a lot work, just recently I had Covent 19 and he is still calling to check on me to see how I'm doing , he also have a lovely wife that is also professional and nice and he put me in the mind of my son very smart and intelligent . From the beginning, Mr. Phillips went above and beyond understanding my wants and needs during my home search. He was available and responsive to every call or text that I sent. When I wanted to look at a home, he was there. He equipped me with all of the information necessary to make an informed decision throughout this process.
