Ron Boles

Ron Boles is a true real estate veteran, but he never rests on his experience. After over 25 years in the industry, he is still committed to continually expanding his broker knowledge of real estate through ongoing education and training. Licensed in both California and Nevada, Ron has held the CCIM designation since 1998 and is a past president of the Northern Nevada CCIM Chapter.

A student of the Northern Nevada market since 1995, Ron is incredibly savvy about the local commercial market. He approaches each client with an open mind and open ears, taking the time to understand their specific needs. Once he knows their challenge, Ron is driven to find the right solution and makes himself available 24/7 to address any concerns or opportunities that arise.

With such a strong work ethic, it is no surprise that Ron’s core business is repeat customers and referrals. Ron attended of California State University, Sacramento and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Nevada Association of Realtors, the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors, and the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute.
