10/24/2014 - cdargan Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $925K in Playa Del Rey, Playa Del Rey, CA. Sherry and I were thrilled with Ron Fineman and his team. Not only were they experts in residential real estate, and especially the Playa Del Rey area, but they were also easy to work with and very professional. I am sure most of you have heard or read testimonials before, and they seem to all say the same things about how the process was easy and how the real estate broker was really good. Nothing is ever mentioned about how easy or difficult the property was to sell. In our situation, even in a strong market, our home failed to sell when it was first listed. The house wasn’t a standard three bedrooms, two bath configuration and not readily family friendly. Although we had many who looked, none bought. We removed the house from the market and then did some research and selected Ron among 7 brokers. And boy, did his team deliver. The approach was creative and progressive and we immediately saw the strong marketing network. The pre-listing ground work that they did really paid off when the listing came out. Within a week we had multiple offers. Ron also smoothed out some of the bumps during the escrow and closing process, which helped bring the sale to a close. Yes, we highly recommend hiring Ron Fineman to list your property. There are many real estate brokers, but very few that can get you through the real estate process successfully and with a minimum of pain. Ron and his team did just that, and they are fun people too! 11/04/2014 - marksfineman Bought a home in 2003. Ron helped us with the purchase of two properties. What is great about working with Ron is he is not pushy. We told him what we needed and Ron showed us whatever properties we wanted to see. Ron is conscientious and thorough, explaining everything about the process as we went along so we knew what our obligations were before they were due so we could plan. Also, he explained what was a big issue or not so important with the inspections so we could prioritize. He was never out of communication and did not take for granted that we had purchased one property when we were buying the second property. I would recommend Ron for buying or selling, as he is very patient and has been very successful the many years he has been a broker.

11/08/2014 - tmcmahon301 Showed home in 2014 in Playa del Ray, Los Angeles, CA 90293. Ron has been a friend and neighbor for 20 years. As long term local in and around the Southern California beach communities, we became friends and talked about how to better this side of LA, and in particular, for me, Playa del Rey. Ron’s knowledge of the market has been valuable, especially his recent insights into the older more traditional homes like mine. I heartily recommend him. Ron quickly dominated this beach community about a dozen years ago and has been very successful ever since. He has really made a difference for Playa del Rey!
